Well it was a beautiful day, but not a great turnout, had around 7 buggies competing and saw the E-Lst's, very nice, quite weird watching them without the noise Next race meet will most likely be January. We're gonna concentrate on getting the club formed and really get things going. Azz will come see you soon, thanks Neil for dropping down. Mick

Mick, Thanks for putting up with us today, we had a good day. I was very please with the way our trucks ran, as we said we have used a track before which was different from what we have been used to I must say that i don't miss that noise lol I will need to change my rubber for something better for the loose track Thanks to all for making us welcome. We will be back Andy

For sure, some new rubber and you'll be way competitive.
They definately went well, they are nice truck once the tyre situation is sorted.(terrible stock tyres with the kit)
Jay, will have some wider angle shots for ya soon. Just FYI we weave inbetween a few jumps, use one that is quite nice if you hit it quick enough. Had some awesome tussles with the other buggies around this section. So it is a very very quick and flowing track alot different to the std buggy track I've seen in pics/vids on the net.
Anthiny and I are going to get this club up and running, we've decided we want a local club going even if the shire take the land away we'll find somewhere to setup a track around this area
Cheers Mick

looks awesome!! dont change them. leave them as they are mate. my personal opinion but that probably cos i love jumps, table tops, doubles triples u name it. when i was racing a lot one of my mates always called me the jump king cos i'd always manage to find the right line to jump whatever it was.

hey mick, you gonna be at the track this weekend? we wont be there this weekend, just waiting on a couple of glow plugs, i blew our last one last week and a few spars for the LST.
hoping to see ya down there with ya RB and see how it go's, oh and hopfully in two weeks i'll have a 1;5th scale, but i'm still toying with the idea of leaving the big cars for later next year when i can afford one of the 4WD ones and maybe just buy a better engine for the 8ight again, what do you recan? the LRP certainly is a good engine, but the one i have in mind will make it look like a .12.

Yeah the hyper's copping a caining with the RB, she's still holding up though. The engine is singing!!!. Hopefully get down there this w.e. for a bit. Got a fair bit on though.
I'm meeting with the shire tommorrow and will have some more info about land for the club. We will be asking for committee members soon. Treasurer and president are sorted and anyone who is keen to go secretary or vice pres. let me know.
More soon Mick

Hi Guys, i know I've not been on for quite a while, but I've been having an absolute nightmare with getting my visa sorted, But thank F#@k its finally come thru and I'm booking my flight for the 16th of April. So much for getting out there sooner than expected lol its taken longer than i intended in the first place lol. Now there is only 1 down side left, my RC stuff ain't gonna arrive for about another 7 - 12 weeks lol. but as soon as it arrives I'll be bringing them over for a run with everyone. all i n all I'll be bringing my Mugen MBX-5, losi mini-t, losi micro-t, extended mini-t buggy with reversed gearbox, extended micro-t buggy, half the parts for a Mini-LST2 and my twister cp v2 Helli which I've had very very little use of due to some really crap weather, which is a shame as i really wanna learn to fly it properly. Does anyone know anywhere where they do RC Crawling? cos I'd like to get 1 of those too. as ya might have guessed I'm an RC nut lol QIKAZZ will have a new best customer lol look forward to seeing all u guys soon Mick, Have u started getting a committee together yet? and started any membership or anything?

HI Jay, Things have been a bit slower than expected here too, got a few things on the cards trackwise hopefully know a bit more when I get back from holidays(going fishing at bermagui) and when I do get back I'll be sussing out the track between here and wonthaggi and trying hard to get something going soon. Had a fang down the BMX track the other night and it'd be cool to have another race, the track is still nice.
Azz will look after ya when you get over too.
Mick
